Five technical dimensions for evaluating a high-quality rewinding machine
1.Tension control system - The "Soul" of the equipment
Importance: Tension control directly affects the tightness of the finished coil, the uniformity of the end face, and the tensile deformation of the material.
Advanced technology: It adopts a fully closed-loop tension control system (using real-time feedback from tension sensors), combined with high-response servo motors, which can maintain constant tension during acceleration, deceleration, and changes in material thickness, ensuring a perfect tension gradient from the core to the surface of the roll.
2. Slitting Technology - Determining "Precision"
Blade types: Flat knife (for soft materials such as films), round knife (general), razor (for non-woven fabrics, etc.). The material of the blade (high-speed steel, cemented carbide, ceramic) and the grinding accuracy determine the service life and the quality of the cut surface.
Slitting methods: Center winding type (winding immediately after cutting, high speed), surface winding type (winding through a pressure roller, strong control). High-end models often combine the advantages of both.
3. Core Winding Technology - Determining the "Roll Shape"
Surface winding: Driven by the friction of the pressure roller, it has a simple structure and is suitable for thicker materials.
Central winding: Directly driving the core, it is easy to control the tension and is the mainstream method for thin film materials.
Gap winding: There is a slight speed difference between the winding roller and the driving roller. It is specifically designed for extremely thin and easily stretchable films (such as cling film), and can achieve excellent tightness and breathability.
4. Automation and Humanized Design - Determining "Efficiency" and "Experience"
Automatic roll Changing (TAW) : It enables automatic cutting, roll changing and labeling without stopping the machine, which is the key to improving efficiency.
Human-machine interface (HMI) : Is the touch screen intuitive? Is the parameter setting convenient? Are the fault diagnosis prompts clear?
Order change efficiency: The convenience and speed of adjusting the knife position, core winding, etc. when changing products of different specifications.
5. Mechanical Structure and Materials - The "Sinews and bones" of Equipment
Frame rigidity: The heavy steel structure can effectively absorb the vibration during high-speed operation, ensuring long-term accuracy.
Key components: The dynamic balance accuracy of the rollers, the brand and grade of the bearings, and the stability of the pneumatic components jointly determine the reliability and noise level of the equipment.
