The slitting machine controls the tension on the surface of the material by adjusting the magnetic powder. The high-speed slitting machine is equipped with two variable-frequency motors. One motor drives the shaft for winding and unwinding, while the other controls the tension of the material. Once the paper tubes are used up, the touch screen immediately issues an audible and visual alarm prompt and accurately indicates the material shortage position, notifying personnel to add materials in time to avoid production interruption caused by material shortage.
