Once the paper tubes are used up, the touch screen immediately issues an audible and visual alarm prompt and accurately indicates the material shortage position, notifying personnel to add materials in time to avoid production interruption caused by material shortage.
Automatic safety shutdown of the paperless tube with chuck: If a chuck fails to be successfully fed due to an accident, the system will automatically identify it and immediately suspend the operation at that station, while ensuring the normal operation of other stations.
