1. Unwinding Device
Equipped with an air shaft and pneumatic automatic pressure arms, they secure large aluminum foil rolls, enabling quick reel changes.
Unwinding speed is controlled by a brake motor and rotary encoder, ensuring stable tension.
2. Guide Roller System
Comprising multiple sets of guide rollers and curved rollers, they adjust the foil's transport path and tension.
An analog web-correction controller drives a linear guide unwinder, enabling highly sensitive material correction and ensuring consistent foil alignment during transport.
3. Cutting Device
A circular or flat blade is typically used to cut the foil into the desired size according to the set width.
The cut foil is then guided by guide rollers to the rewinding device.
4. Rewinding Device
Equipped with multiple stations (e.g., four), it can rewind multiple rolls simultaneously.
Paper tubes are automatically dropped into the rewinding position via a hopper, where the aluminum foil is wound around them to form small rolls.
The finished product is transported away via a conveyor after winding.
5. Control System
A Siemens PLC and touch screen are used for automated operation.
Operating parameters (such as tension, speed, and cutting width) can be set, and processes such as acceleration and shutdown can be controlled.
Dual motor control enables forward and reverse rotation, improving production efficiency.
